- FREE art history talk July 27 at Clarenville Public Library
Artist Anastasia Tiller will talk about history of Florence and its artistic and cultural development from roman times 59 BC till the creation of Italian state in 1860. Images will be shown of architecture and visual arts accompanied by renaissance music.
Talk will be dedicated to Renaissance and Humanism.
The aim of this talk is to spark the conversation. People will be encouraged to share their own experiences travelling to florence and other parts of europe.
Surly most people are familiar with florentine history but it’s nice to refresh the memory and step back in time.
